I don’t think this person understands how scars should flow and bend along with the skin, but at this point I’m afraid to give critique. It’s one of these people who do nothing but tracing screenshots and then calling themselves a great artist.

This is just never going to end. If the artists report them, the pictures can be taken down I believe.
The question is, what’s the DMCA takedown time frame? For Facebook it’s anywhere from 48 to a week waiting. For Instagram, it’s 48 hours within filing it. For Google’s Blogspot and fanpop, nothing. Those two don’t remove stolen artwork. They just flat don’t care.

I never understood the ideas of Tigers in TLK setting. Maybe if it were set in India as oppose to Africa but no. Tigers don’t belong in Africa.

It’s likely that this image is found over on TLKFAA. I don’t know where to look for it on dA. Other than the ©AMB on it and IDK who it could be as there are many artists that go by that name.
