Wow.. I thought I’ve seen all the bad TLK OCs but this is just toxic.. And borderline Mary Sue.
People, this is why when someone says no when they say they don’t want to rp with random people, you respect that and leave it alone.
This dude came onto my profile like, literally no more than an hour and 30 minutes after I submitted the Huruma ref sheet, asking me to rp, to which I said no for the reasons in the screenshots (he also had some fetishy things going on in his gallery which made me uncomfortable, but I kept that out of the conversation since I didn’t wanna seem like a jerk). But the dude wouldn’t leave me alone, and before I could reply to him one last time saying no, he blocked me (or bawwlocked, I dunno), so I blocked him back. :T I mean, the dude was a bit polite about it, but still. No means no.
No means no. This is why I don’t RP on deviantART too. If I wanted to RP I’d be here on Tumblr. It’s more fun here. The fandoms are more friendly and not as creepy or immature as they are on dA. This person clearly needs to learn to respect other people’s answers if they don’t want to RP with them.

Yep, My prediction of Kion and Kovu working with Jasiri is starting to look good.
Here’s that hyena redesign! I wanted to try to keep that main coat sort of gray-ish, so I thought a gray-brown might work.
Also like the idea of a multi-colored mane and streaks on the tail but wanted them to be more natural (or at least more natural than blue and green). I decided muted, desert-inspired colors might look nice.
Also made the little spots resemble freckles that eventually fade into the dark areas of her pelt.
I like! The color streaks in the hair are a nice touch. They’re subtle and in no way look out of place.

Yeah..babymips, like traced base comics, get more attention than actual fan art. It’s really depressing.
I’m sharing this in regard to the Asmundr comments. I saw something somewhere, don’t remember where, anyway, that the artist references photos, not traces. Either way, I wish people WOULDN’T trace photos, because it makes it rough for people like me that can ref so well it’s almost a copy. (URLs are on the image)
Yeah.. these are blatant traces. I think it’s okay if you can’t anatomy really well for sake of learning. But There’s referencing, and then there’s this which is not.. referencing.

So apparently you are not allowed to call out unoriginality on someone’s TLK-recolor character if you draw in TLK style. LOL.
The logic behind this comment is STUNNING.
The only thing that upset me was they were being really immature about their obviously ripped off design. They weren’t even trying hard with their design. I’m very grateful they accepted my redesign and plan to use it, however.
