I was just shown this. Yeah. YCHs made out of traced screenshots or fanart is an absolute HELL to the NO. And to make matters even worse, they traced/heavily copied on paper. Further making other Traditional artists look bad.
If that kind of thing is still allowed, I’d like to share a fanmade character I recently brought to life. She’s Simba & Nala’s last and fourth child (yes that implies that Kopa exists in my fanon, wish me luck lol), born six months after the Pride Landers and Outsiders united.
She’ll follow her parents into retirement to the jungle as betrothal and being an ordinary Pride Lander isn’t to her taste. She’s asexual by the way.

So look up the lady guard series on Instagram. It’s a complete shit show. The owners of another series were trying to help them better themselves and own up to their faults. But the guy making it just keeps tracing fan art and show art and saying it’s his. he keeps denying it. There’s also leaked stuff from his server saying “do what this series is doing!! Watch them closely and copy them.” They also abuse their animators. They expect them to complete 20 minutes of animation within 6 days. Also, another artist made them gift art and they commissioned one of their artists to heavily REFERENCE the gift art to the point where even the LOGO is the exact same. It’s fucking sad, I was apart of a 4 hour call in trying to get him to own up to it. But no, he keeps going..

Using the R slur makes me uncomfortable and when friends blurt it out, I politely correct them about the situation. You’re just starting to call me names because I refuse to move from this hill.
By stooping to this level of childishness, you’ve lost your credibility and I’ve lost my patience in explaining the situation to you several comments ago.
Regarding Tribble and My Pride, have you seen this document regarding how she treated voice staff and other workers among the team? Personally this was what made me stop supporting the series. Such manipulative, toxic and childish attitude from someone trying to run a series is unforgivable to me.
I had heard of it through others. I didn’t know a doc existed. I see it doc’s the civil unrest commercilism too.
