Or perhaps too lazy to draw Simba and Nala? They sure love substituting Simba and Nala for Sarabi and Mufasa.

The boy I tried to mix some genes in; I lightened Kovu’s eyes and gave them to him (They’ll probably be duller next time), eye markings and cheeks, gave him Kiara’s nose and I’m thinking her body but most of his genes do kinda come from Simba, it being his head tuff, mane colour (somewhat. It looks kinda pink but I aimed for a pale strawberry hue) and nose shape as an adult.
His mane I threw together, I had no ideas so I gave him a bang-
