I questioned because I’ve seen a lot of purity culture posts popping up on my dash and I didn’t want this blog to be contributing to it(Even tho this fandom is guilty of having done so). Yeah, I guess in this case it was okay to report it. Maybe QC will have learned about making certain content.

I question whether this kind of reporting is purity culture or not though as this fandom has been pretty much guilty of partaking (Having seen enough posts about it on my dash)
But this time around it was justfied. They were using placeholders with movie characters obviously but in the comments she confessed she knew they weren’t hers even if they were property of “Disney”, its just weird how people mistake canon without properly researching. Like why accept these three as canon if Disney as never endorsed them? Also the proof of theft is obvious bc she has Asha art on her channel so she knows these characters weren’t free use at least. Unfortunately, in today’s fandom discourse, it’s so easy to pin the blame on the content creator when you’ve been caught. And it’s so easy to blame their friends for wanting to stand up for the creator if they’re unavailable, or don’t know. For them, it’s just that much easier than looking at the facts that are present and instead of accepting they made a mistake or that their senpai stole content instead of being original, they latch onto the illusion that they’re perfect and we’re the ogres.
Guess oplinions doesn’t want to come into the askbox and explain themselves and would rather continue pointing their finger at TC in their pretend blogging. Yeah, because pointing accusing fingers at the creator of something that’s constantly stolen really makes them feel loved.
They apparently think TC is evil for making a call out on the video saying “well this sucks.”. When technically they’re doing a public call out right now on that journal of theirs.
My point still stands that Queen Callista admits to using the cubs. TC has every right to defend her creations. They can “fight” this blog all they want, but the point still stands. They done wrong. Own up to it. Don’t be petty and throw a fantrum.
This person doesn’t seem to grasp that.
I do remember when Sonic was really bad at a point. But it’s nowhere near as noisy as the brony fandom.

As far as we’re all concerned, this person is taking the side of Queen Callista because they think we’re being petty and wanting our fans to go on a witch hunt. They’re also probably looking for brownie points with Callista and is also likely 9 times out of 10 in her friend circle or a blind follower. The point still remains that they’re nowhere close to being accurate with their “opinion” and are just playing the purity police because someone popular in the recolor culture Youtuber community got ‘attacked’ by petty fans looking for a witch hunt
TC has told me that she used the name Koda from Brother Bear for her OC when she first created the character. So it’s not really that original. And two of those names aren’t even Swahili. So you could say, have a cub OC named Koda, Asha, or Leah.
It’s when their stories and designs match up to TC’s that shit’s not right.
Perhaps, if Oplinions weren’t so busy using deviantART like a blog and updating his journal every time I replied here, they should confront me in the ask box.
