I’ve been noticing an unhealthy increase of bronies stealing and recoloring fan art in the fandom lately.
This person’s been on dA for 3 years, yet they’re just now stealing and recoloring????
This was taken from Naoki’s Facebook account. She did not purchase this as far as I’ve noticed. I’ve looked through Panther85’s wall. She was not among the one who purchased it. So she not only stole art this time but also stole money. Along with giving no credit to Panther85 and removed her watermark entirely.
Disrespectful twat.
Also I’m p sure that was a YCH line art. Of which Naoki should NOT have used.
You can’t swear on youtube, can’t post things from CartoonNetwork, Nickelodeon, ect without proper credit and even then copyright law takes the video down. But no people steal art it’s okay to post it on here. Youtube admins need to get there heads out of their asses.
Already posted. Also note on their profile that someone asked them politely to stop posting screenshot edits from their crossover videos. And they go “NO PROOFS YOU OWNER!”
Being a HTTYD fan I’m embarrassed this wanker is associated with one of my fandoms.
All I did was ask them if they got Panther85′s permission to use their fan art and linked them to the original. Surprise, surprise! I’m bawwlocked.

Another clipart pack from Etsy. Yeah because transparent, unwatermarked fanart is a free resource you can sell. Oops, I mean you sell your “time and effort” spent in browsing DA and stealing shit.
This is why I strongly recommend artists stop making their fan art transparent and heavily watermark the art. It looks like that Janja there belongs to @frosteddreamer

Oy vey! Is that Shembre’s Kopa there at the end??? The eyes say yes but he style… I found it! Xanxor strangely has me bawwlocked on dA and I for one can’t for the life of me remember if we’ve crossed paths or what. So I didn’t recognize it since I didn’t see it and/or fave it. Pity too. I like Xanxor’s art and would like to follow them.
The medium is acrylic paint, pencil, and permanent marker on canvas. This painting is a portrait of Simba and Kion from the Disney animated television series, The Lion Guard, Simba and Kion are father and son played by
voice actors, Rob Lowe and Max Charles.
First, I drew Simba and Kion with pencil. Then, I painted Simba, the big male brownish-gold lion, with a big brown mane around his ears, head, shoulders, and brown nose. I added yellow and orange for his eyes, a cream muzzle, underbelly, paws and toes. I gave him whiskers, four long legs, and one long tail tuft at the end. I also painted Kion’s
brownish-gold fur, orange eyes, brown nose, brown tipped ears, and a brown tuft of hair on his head. I applied whiskers, cream muzzle, paws, underbelly, toes, legs, and tail tuft. I painted green grass and a light blue sky in the background. I waited for the acrylic paint to dry, then I outlined the details with a black permanent marker.

I was really hoping this would be original but sadly everyone has to be uncreative and clone original fan content.
A bit of advice kid, don’t remake something until you get permission from the artist. And Google is not a free resource fairy. Images found on Google are subject to copyright. Before hitting the ‘View Image’ button, hit the ‘view page’ instead and do a bit of research on the image to see whether it’s fair use or under protective copyright. Respect goes hand in hand and travels a long distance.
