Fuli's problem (and that other cheetah's as well) is that she doesn't look like she belongs to TLK universe. She looks like she's from a way different cartoon. Also, I can't see any excuse why they excluded the cheetah's staple tear mark. Overall, even after this long, Fuli's design still bothers me tbh
I think they were going for simplicity with her design. A design that kids can instantly recognize. But I understand what you’re talking about.
I really like that design of Nuka, Vitani and Kovu's father, his colours are perfect as hell. But the mustache thing... I don't think it works on this design. It feels like his face is too cluttered, whiskers, freckles the mustache. I'd suggest doing some kind of whisker-thing instead! Just a friendly suggestion, keep up the good work!
I was thinking that about the upper lip strip too.

That's actually what she does regularly. She did lowkey try to get a design I made for a certain group meme. This is her manipulation method.
Another less known one that may not be everyone's cup of tea is Cartoonmoviesfan's The Lost Son, a story about Kopa being taken by humans and raised in a circus with other lions and animals, who never experienced life in a wild. They really need more attention, seriously.

So far I've mostly seen titles that are pretty known already... What about those less known comics that should get more attention? Like comic by Joanna-TLK, which unfortunately doesn't have a title, it's just caled TLK comic... but it takes place after Savu's stories, when Kovu and Kiara's kids are all grown up. You can see style inspiration from Savu, but since page one, they DEFINITELY improved. Also Anyah's Journey to Pride Rock is also worth mentioning - a story about Mohatu and his past.
I do need to check out Anyah’s comic. I’ve been reading Joanna’s comic, but it updates sporadically. So it’s hard to remember to check it out.
