The person in the previous post has also recolored Eyesinthedark’s Tahira. Even stripping it from the comic itself. There is no creativity at all here. Just character theft.
This person was expecting to pass off a traced piece of fan art for a character application to a group known to reject tracings and traced bases. The original artist is Saigon/Red-Cayenne of deviantART.

Please note that this is not a tutorial on how to draw. This is someone trying to prove that they didn’t trace when they actually did. They even lied to me that they stopped tracing and "Learned their lesson” yet they continue to trace to this day.
This kid still thinks that they’re a Disney artist when they’re just a brush jockey running around parks and filling in window murals on stores. I’m sorry but this is fucking hilarious. She is in serious denial here. Especially when all they can do is copy off screenshots. I doubt they even worked on Harry Potter at all. Even if she is a brush jockey, that still doesn’t mean she can sell copied Disney character portraits on their etsy. You’d need to have Disney’s permission in order to do that.
This was the flack I received from deviantart staff for having the balls to report a disruptive deviant. I shouldn’t complain too much as I did not receive that incompetent piece of shit admin who worships tracing. They won’t even suspend or delete the screenshots(Recolored or otherwise) that are in the gallery.
How are you suppose to acclaim best art website on the internet if you won’t even clean up your website?
A problematic account. They’re recoloring artwork from jaquichan and kourukon and several others. It’s likely they aren’t listening to us as they’re posting more stolen and recolored fan art every hour.
Let’s stop and admire the lengths this person has gone to in order to get attention for a moment. I follow several artists and animators who work for Disney and they’re all level headed, sweat folk. Even when people give them shit they keep a level head on their shoulders. This one is too young and immature to be considered among the professionals.
They apparently ran around the parks painting in murals on the windows of stores. That doesn’t make you a professional Disney artist. That makes you a brush jockey. Unless you work in certain fields(IE Marketing illustrations or designs) or on films and projects, that makes you a legit Disney artist. Claiming you’re a Disney artist because you worked at the parks doesn’t automatically mean you’re an artist. Don’t even get me started on the fact that this person seems to be copying off of official artwork and trying to sell it on their etsy.

So I came across this hard copy today. And it seems that we’re amidst a new generation of misinformed youth. The first three comments are from what appears to be a white knight for this new deviantART member. They seem to think that when we claim copyrights, it’s to the character that we depict in our art, not our artwork.
The last comment is from the “artist” who hard copied the fan art. That’s all they seem to be doing and they have the ego of an entitled child.
