Yes, drawing cartoon animals isn’t against the law. However, drawing fictional animal children with an erect human penis is. If he’s caught with a stash of it in a police raid or is tipped off, he could get jail time. Just because it is fictional, doesn’t exempt you from the laws.

This is what I got as a response from the person who posted that traced pic from Tailbrush, which was the whole “it was from facebook” excuse. :/ I know SassyHonks got something along the same lines, but I didn’t get a screenshot of it before the user, thankfully, took the picture down.
