• It doesn’t matter if you are not selling it or making a profit, it’s still considered copyrighted and you still need permission.
• It doesn’t matter if you can find other people using things without permission, it’s still considered copyrighted and you still need permission.

More DA fun. Someone aked the “art lawyer” why they removed third party reports.

And here we go! It’s officialy confirmed that they just don’t want to give a single fuck about art theft untill they are legaly forced to! Not to mention they are constantly avoiding replying to any questions regarding contacting the artists that are by whatever reasons unable to contact.

I can’t get past their bad grammar here. “A bad behavior”? Its bad behavior. There is no A between into and bad. 

But I find that highly illogical for when I report my stolen art (God forbid it happens but it does) they remove my stolen works immediately. Deep down I feel they feel threatened by my boisterous advocacy of my pressing charges if they don’t listen to my copyright. One of these days dA is going to find itself in court for not adhering to someone’s copyright or them stealing money from a consumer and not giving them what they bought. 

They still want their Fuli clone to look fucking ridiculous. 

Even when people give them good constructive criticism, they still reject it. Just goes to show you what kinda person they are. 

You just can’t add onto Fuli and recolor one eye and call it your original character while arguing why you’re too lazy to change spots. That’s fucking ignorant, lazy, and dumb as a sack of potatoes. 

This twat recolored a screenshot of Fuli calling it their original the recolor donut steel and is throwing a temper tantrum over help that’s trying to make it not look like Fuli was recolored. Genetically chees may be identical, but their spots sure aren’t

This cow won’t go away. They had the balls to trace and recolor commissioned artwork I did. Then claim they dr00 it. I don’t wish harm on people but seldom very few people just piss me off far past the point of no regrets in wishing harm on them. 

LordPrincessButt still crying them crocodile tears of hers. I looked into the character she was complaining about in the last journal I posted that she made and it wasn’t made to belittle her. My friend simply drew inspiration from her bad behavior for an adopted character she bought. The only thing LordPrincessButt and my friend’s character share in common is the attention whoring victim playing personality. That’s all, and she’s using this to get sympathy. Just more proof that this kid is playing those who believe her. 

And to my friends who do follow this blog and pay sympathy to this lunatic, please keep an open mind that you’re being toyed with. 

So I’ve asked around about the drama coming from this cray chick and from my understanding it all started with her prematurely killing off her character in a deviantART RP group and her OPing(Overpowering or god modding) her characters and taking control of others without permission. I also hear she’s guilt tripping friends of mine on their art for friend of theirs because they’re getting free art and getting my friend’s attention and not her. LordPrincessButt as I’ve taken to calling her needs to calm her tits and learn to accept when she’s wrong and apologize for her behavior if she expects things to move on. 

So I was browsing though this ridiculous “Art Theft Discussion” and came to many droped or repetative conversations like this. So no matter that artist is dead/gone/unable to contact and no matter how hard the proof slaps them in the face, the only solution is to either “keep on trying” on contacting the artist or spam the thief with comments.

Deviantart is a joke. A big fucking joke.

I thought this loser stopped replying after I called him out on having no grounds for banning me after he threatened to do so when I kept calling him out on his bs. Hand to God he threatened to ban me over debating online because I rustled his jimmies. 

But yes, you’re so screwed if you’re from other art websites or dead. If an artist has passed and they’re lucky enough to have had a strong positive appearance in any given fandom, people will look out for them. However deviantART is looking as broke as Youtube right now. 

Still running into uneducated kids who think that giving them FAQs is spam. They were trying to tell me that they can keep their screenshot because they doodled over it. I gave them the FAQs that told them they can’t– BAWWLOCK! 

I do hope the staff reprimand them for falsely marking comments as spam. I’ve had this happen to me several times before and I’ve not been suspended or banned yet!
