Speaking of Hyena oc's, I have 3: 3 produce Janja, one being Shanzi's daughter (So he's her descendant), and one is Jasiri's father. I imagined She was a daddy's girl, and her father was saved by Mufasa after his own hyena sibling's pushed him into a lake for a laugh and he nearly drowned (Based this on the first movie, "Hyena's! In the pridelands!" Line). He teaches her, hense her more liking Lion's nature c:

If I recall, Lions will avoid Honey Badger's, they're terrified of them. Honey Badgers have been known to kill lions. Even in groups they are hesitant, and Honey Badger's will attack, a single lion or in a group of them. So if it was "realistic", Zira wouldn't go anywhere near Bunga, nor would her lionesses.

Part of me wonder's if Zira's missing stripe is similar to Kion's symbol change e.g. that's just a concept, it was on another layer and unintentionally removed, or if they just forgot it and will notice their mistake later. Either way I'm eager and am not letting a silly little missing marking let me sway c:

If they do then methinks they'll probably do it at selected angles. Kind of similar to Scar's death. We see the camera pan up as he's attacked, so possibly in the remake, we may hear everything, but not see his full body. Maybe, just a bit of it, like a bleeding paw or so on.

That’s another thing I’m hoping Jon Favreau addresses, Nala’s origins and relation or lack there of to Simba. I know in the original script they were cousins. But Disney’s trying really hard to not include it in their works. This movie is the perfect chance to add onto the story and address any issues that otherwise left the fandom salty and fighting like teens at a skateland. Like Scar’s birth name, how he got his scar, and who Simba’s grandparents really are.
He’s the shit stain responsible for making Traced Bases and tracing okay on deviantART. He’s the worst of the worst of the staff and above all not very bright.
I quickly tested the anon's comment and while Sarabi has less change in those two scenes (except from her underbelly and eye markings (Underbelly getting browner, and same with the eye markings), the hyena's have more (In the graveyard scene they're a dark grey, the stampede scene, they're brown.) I also compared Simba's colours to see how much different he was compared to his daylight colours and he was only a bit browner.

Ahadi was created by a group or authors who co-wrote TLK6NA and was published with Permission from Disney.
I’m fairly sure Mohatu was created by the Disney team’s in house artists/writers for a story book.
You know, I wish they would introduce Kovu as an episode where Kion catches Kiara sneaking off and follows her to find out she's been meeting him behind Simba's back. They wont do it but I think it'd be a good way to explain why Kovu was so willing for change in tlk2
