I wouldn't be surprised if the tantrums are just a way to draw attention. After the whole business Cynder just kinda faded into the shadows. Plus nobody really likes the idea of interacting with someone who takes people's characters. So yeah, my money is on 'Plz give me attention I need it' tantrums.

Yeah Naoki does trace, though before it seemed they were tracing official screenshots. Then went back to people. And, similarly to Lisa (no doubt why the two became friends), never moved on like some people. Tbh I imagine if Naoki stopped and actually done their own shit they wouldn't be too bad, so many years of tracing might have helped them develop the anatomy and style. But alas.
I mean honestly, tracing can teach you. You just have to listen. Take SilverBreeze for example. Sure she traces. But she can also draw. That’s because she learned by tracing. Same way with TC. She admits that she traced and recolored in the past, but she also learned from it. No doubt you can too. Just learn to wean yourself from the habit over time. Because you can’t support your massive ego on recoloring alone. Sooner or later that popularity you earned off of recoloring is gonna come to a complete halt.
I didn't know he was policing people about his Mheetu. I know he was usually pushy when it came to ideas of Nuka's father being anybody BUT Scar, that Scar fathered Mheetu and I think he gently pushed the idea off ChumvixKula= Kovu's parents, but I didn't know he was pushy with his Mheetu design too. Just wow pfft.
He also regularly got into editing wars on the TLK wikia about Mheetu.

Ye, I agree with the adopts. If it's a traced base or something, make it points. If each were drawn by hand, then I can understand real money being brought in as long as the person doesn't go mad with the pricing.
I swear a load of people used to have some tumblr's dedicated to calling people out. I think a majority get run off due to abuse from people shamed. I dont know, though I swear there was ass loads pft

I think we should've seen this coming. A) She's done it before and b) befriending Naoki-TLK1 who basically traces off of everything that's ever existed. God this kid is frustrating. Why cant she realize she's in the wrong. Like all these people dont hate you for no reason and all these so called 'friends' of yours have something similar to you...URGH
I’ve encountered baser babies who’ve come to me two, sometimes three years later thanking me for telling them to pursue drawing over recoloring. It baffles me that Lisa can’t move on from recoloring. When the rest of the world is evolving, she’s de-evolving.
We’re also under the suspicion that Lisa told Naoki to bawwlock TC. Even though TC NEVER approached her or called her out.
This isn't much of an explanation for it but my headcanon (in my tlk universe it's a lot more mystical), Zira did try to at one point get Scar to posses Kovu. During it Kovu had flashes of Scar and so found out exactly what he looked like. The takeover didn't work so Zira just went back to training him.
