I had one years ago to follow me because I drew a character with open mouth and a bit of saliva. They comment saying it and that they "have a thing with drool". Then again, no matter what you do, there will be a sick fuck... But the way I see it, won't let them rule what I do if I want to! Soft block is there for this sort of thing. The plain 'ol ignoring thing is very effective too :)

Oh my dear, there's no escape. It doesn't matter what it is, there will always be a sick fuck that will fap to it. That's fine. Most of the time it only happens if it's extreme (like morbidly obese), not chubby cheeks characters. Don't limit yourself and be afraid to draw your stuff because of sick fucks. They ain't worth your worries.

I mean some pudge can be cute but if its to the point she's rolling around and can't feel her legs than there's a huge issue there... I hate fetish art too, especially that kind.
