Fuck yea terrible Lion King fandom
And Rhoadie's being kind of a cunt again. Apparently someone drew a b-day gift for one of her former friends with Rhoadie's design for that friend that was taken back after their falling out. Instead of resolving it like an adult, she throws a fit and accuses the artist of doing it out of spite, when apparently they had no idea. And of course Rhoadie's personal army was ready to kiss her ass and block both the artist and the ex-friend. What a time to be alive.

I swear, why watch CNN when I can watch this fandom for Trumper tantrums?

I find it funny how Naoki admitted their theft in their reply to you, and in another comment, one to TC, they called out another "thief"... talk about the pot calling the kettle black lol.

Right? She tried defending her theft by going “But I adopted it some time ago back on dA!” It’s like she can’t get her story straight. She can’t be no older than 12. 10 at the least.

Ah dragoart. I remember back in the day I used this to draw dragons. I sucked because I'm absolutely horrible copying stuff but I can't deny it gave me a boost because it looked somewhat better than what I was doing. The concept of the site ain't bad? I mean, it was supposed to be artists teaching their process to a younger, inexperienced audience, not how to fancy-trace other people's art.

I wonder if Dawn(founder) is still a pompous, oafish, bully who hides behind law suit threats.  Because I remember back in the day she stole the concept from Neondragon, Then when Peffer pointed her out, she bullied her into submission by law suit threats. Even though she p much stole the name from her drawing books and pilfered from fan artists to make her tutorials. I can remember when she was scheduled to be a guest appearance at an anime convention up in Maine. But the TLK fandom lynched her for stealing from them by going right to the convention’s contacts and showed them proof of her swindling. I am still laughing that she screamed at me about how being able to draw every single MLP pony free handed made her a better artist than me and the rest of the fandom. This is before she promptly bawwlocked me of course. Her apology to me would be the sweetest apology yet.

Dragoart is still a thing? LOL

Aye. It is. And it’s worse than ever I’ve heard.

If someone uses dragoart tutorials should they make sure to credit it?

Dragoart traced that particular image off of someone’s sprite(I wanna say powerpuffbaby). So… ???

I would say yes but at the same time it’s cannibal art theft.

I was watching a Documentary on lions a while ago. I saw an elderly lion who was pretty much on his last legs, with a broken tooth and all. Would it be wise to have a fan character like that? Something that be a wise voice or something?

It would be an interesting character, yes. Go for it!

They seem to have an obsession with @kitchikishangout‘s hyena fan art. They used it over and over without permission. She’s been mentioned and hopefully will take care of the situation.

I really wanna buy some of the tlg merchandise I see in stores, but as an adult I feel as though it isn't my place and even feel a little embarrassed just looking at it. Do you ever feel that way?

I’m a collector. And I collect action figures. So that feeling.exe is not found.

Just relax when you go to buy your toys. Tell them that you collect them for your TLK collection if a cashier asks. People don’t judge when you tell them you collect figures. It’s common practice.

Oy I'm not a Portuguese speaker hater lol it's because I belong to that country and was trying to tell some stuff out and that was more directed at that anon who said "bashing countries now?". Yea? If that's an issue in X country, can't sugarcoat that. I can't speak for other nationalities because these ain't my countries.

No. I understand. But you basically nailed why they think they can get away with art theft. They hide behind their language barrier and their country’s laws as well as they think they’re untouchable because they’re on foreign soil. Believe you me, we got our fair share of spoilt brats in America too that steal. But they just throw temper tantrums when caught. They don’t use the same excuses I listed above.

Portuguese speaking art thieves hating anon: Funny enough it wasn't pointing fingers at a singular country. I just noticed that there's certain languages that tend to be what people do with stealing things or certain behaviors. I loathe those who hide behind German when they don't speak it when they steal art, slander and/or libel people because they're often stupid dikes/conservatives. In general. I hate spoken languages so not attacking any nationalities just trends I've seen.

You get it. They hide behind their language barrier and their country’s laws. Forgetting that the websites they join were established in a country they adopted the laws from to establish their rules.
