What I meant was that drawing AIN'T hard, editing is harder and time consuming (cough)time waste(cough) and that I've been on both sides so I know what I'm saying. Not supporting editing, mine died with my hd and never posted. Even as a kid I knew it was wrong, I was just wasting time out of boredom, not different from tracing to learn and never post. Difference was that it was unproductive as hell.

It's irritating. Drawing ain't hard. Pick up a pencil, make lines, bang, you're drawing. Improvement happens automatically the more lines you make. Back in the day, I didn't had camera or scan or tablet, I made everything from scratch with a mouse. Everything belonged to me, no matter how crappy. I used to make edits for fun (never saw the light of the day) and y'know? THESE ACTUALLY TOOK LONGER THAN DRAWING FROM ZERO. Kids, draw. I'm sure there's some amazing styles hidden under the edits

I don’t care how creative your edits are, they’re not yours to claim your own creative art. The screenshots still belong to Disney or what ever company you took them from. So you’re just basically stealing from companies by watermarking their creations.

Plus a lot of sites do have “Must be 13 or older to join” COPPA rules. Simply because you can encounter perverts, pedophiles, and creepy gross people who might take advantage of kids. Because of this I quietly report children under 13. I’m not doing it to be mean. But they shouldn’t be on those sites to begin with. It’s the only rule dA seems to uphold anymore these days.
Not to mention, even TLKFAA has COPPA rules. Kids under 13 have to have a parent sign a digital permission slip in order to join.
On the topic of children. They are the leading cause of art and character theft on places like Blogger/Blogspot, Facebook, and Youtube. They do this because they see other people doing it and think it’s okay. Then when they’re politely told to stop, they throw a shit fit instead of asking why.
To be honest, you tend to be blunt like that sometimes too... Maybe that's how they thought you would understand them.
