I am probably one of the reasons that journal exists. I made a status when Pride Month began stating the the month isn't for/about straight people. She got salty about it after I explained, and an argument ensued. She whined how it's not fair to exclude straight people from LGBT+ spaces. I was willing to let that slide and let bygones be bygones but... (1/2)
She then had the audacity to say that LGBT+ people (myself included) aren’t “really oppressed”. That everyone is “equal under the law as US citizens”. That was what made me break it off. If you can look me in the eye and say that to me in all seriousness, I want nothing to do with you. Her being a Trump supporter had fuck-all to do with it.
