Plus, he also actively returns to Kati-Kopa and harasses her account despite being absent and ignoring him naturally. 

If the dude wanted attention, he should seek a therapist. 

At this point I think it’s time to start ignoring him and reporting for block evasion. If he starts commenting, report as spam. It works faster.
