I have confirmation that Queen Callista has deleted the character theft video. But shortly after, she posted a video saying “Koda’s Revenge is closed :(” basically looking for ass pats and pity. But before I could look at the video, she had deleted it. This all happened right after she was asked to change the cub’s names and she agreed with an “ok”. Like, she was privileged to use TC’s cubs or something.
I will never understand how people confuse fan characters as canon in this fandom…
Right? That’s like the biggest bullshit excuse in recolor culture. If they’re familiar with the movies, then they’re familiar with canon characters. Also, to the redneck sheep claiming you can’t copyright names; Try telling that to Disney who copyrights the name Mickey Mouse.

I hate when people pull the “learning how to do art is too hard” crap. Yeah, its hard. Nothing in life you want is easy nor free, including learning to draw. “I want to help YOU now.” Pah-leeeseeeeeeeee >C I’d be more than happy to help these people escape recolor culture and offer art lessons in all seriousness if they really want to put in the effort to learn. Because seeing recolors is sad af and I want to see everyone grow as a artist, even if their art starts off as shit. All art usually does start out like shit which is why its so exciting to see it blossom after you improve at it.

These kids wouldn’t know editing if it introduced itself to them. Nah man. Real editing comes from fans who’ve had some experience making real edits like TheNamelessDoll/TheNamelessChannel. That’s real editing. There’s also AMVs which also fall under edit culture. If done right, they’re very entertaining, or can be funny if it’s meant to be a joke. What these twats are doing is hardly considered editing. They’re just recoloring over pre existing fanart or movie screenshots really terribly then throw a fantrum when caught making a fool of themselves. I ain’t afraid of these jelly beans.
I may have also found Laurine on dA and they still haven’t removed that recolored HydraCarina pic we called them out on a few years back.
I love how they know its not their art but don’t care that they took it. Its like: “Its not my car, I just found it in the parking lot!”
