Vatre basically likes to use her age as a shield in order to get away with bullying content creators in the fandom. She has resurfaced as vexxon-n on deviantART and started harassing members once more, claiming plagiarism against well established artists before deactivating. They’ve resurfaced under a new suspect account, nok0olin. This person is a serial harasser and abuser. If they try to contact you or claim you stole from them, block and report.
At this point, it’s clear to say that Nuka-PCWS is a troll.

Please block and ignore this account. If anyone recognizes any of the artwork they have purposefully stolen, please, don’t hesitate to alert the original artist so they can DMCA the edits. This kid clearly doesn’t have anything better to do over their summer break.

They are a troll. They’re also butthurt that the fandom ran Weaselbear off. Weaselbear was that psycho shipper who created a hideous rape baby OC between Scar (TLK) and Luna (MLP). Then proceeded to go on spouting “I ship what I want” and “Y’all just jelly of my l33t sk33lz” as well as make rage “art” (which was recolored traced bases) on the situation which ultimately pissed the fandom off. But don’t bother try telling Nidopan that. They’ll just go off on a tangent going “DIS NAZI HERE! DEY BE ATTACKING ME! TRY’NA HARASS MEH!” People have already tried. They’re so blind by loyalty to WeaselBear they can’t even see the fucking truth.
