From top to bottom HydraCarina’s Zalira and Tau and Kovu with TC’s Leah on a recolored Simba base. TC already reprimanded them for passing off someone’s edits as a gift for her. After which she promptly bawwlocked TC.
So according to this artist who can draw their own shit, they watermarked the hell out of a slightly changed screenshot and are calling it originul base donut steel pay2use! Bitch, please! I can do that with my eyes closed and still charge more than 10 points. But it’s still stealing! Changed details or not you’re still a baser baby stealing from Disney.
Remember kids, you’re tracing something in order to make it more accessible to recolor for others. This doesn’t make it automatically yours, no matter how much you change the original appearance. You’re tracing off of a pre existing image made by another artist.
Traced bases are literally art theft. You’re recoloring pre made line art off of someone else’s hard work. The fact that deviantART allows traced bases is just encouragement.
