Y’all need to get a healthier reading comprehension if you think drawing genitals on fictional animals is bad and that incest is bad.

I just felt that I should point out that this is a defense mechanism that white knights like to use as a shield when someone steals character designs. 

I’ve seen this lie plenty of times when someone takes a popular fan character. 

You can, in fact, be original in any fandom with fan designs. The people who see greed and desire to be popular with their characters yet resort to stealing popular designs are the ones who aren’t original. 

I’ve been around this fandom long enough to see lots of original designs. All those adoptables, all those fan designs on TLK Source, and all those busy fan designs on instagram. There is still room to be original without having to step on toes if you try hard enough. 

Lupi.Kion.Boy on instagram appears to have an obsession with Kion x Rani, that they repost everyone’s fanart without permission or credit. They’ve stolen from treeoflife117, Tuesdaytamsworth, and KingSimba to name a few that I immediately recognized. Posting link here as it appears that they would rather block people than correct the issue or remove the reposted art. 

P sure it was debunked long ago by the animators that this is a baboon skull that Scar is playing with, not a lion’s skull. Note the larger front teeth and the huge gaping hole that would have housed a large canine.

This adult decided to take Kohu-arts’ work, copy it, and take credit for it, while going “But I took inspirashunz from it!” and shouting, “If it’s on the internet, it’s free to use!”

Another youtube channel using fanart for their video content. Seeing as they’re over 17k subscribers, chances are they’re gonna flip their shit. I’ve noticed a pattern of obsessive bullying in youtube channels that steal art, They’re afraid to lose their bread winner so they lash out thinking intimidating the threat will eliminate it. 

This channel has stolen from a lot of fan artists including AlbinoRaven and Hydracarina. 

Babyfur art thief that’s taking fanart and putting hideous filters over it. 

They really butchered Nadra’s old artwork with this bad edit/recolor. 

This one’s tracing fanart and passing it off as shipping content donut steel. The one they’ve been editing over and over was drawn originally by Panther85. 

Guess Lisa didn’t like that she was being called out so she’s bawwlocking everyone who calls her out. Side by side comparison shows that she heavily copied off of DarkRika’s art and proceeded to claim originul the urt donut steel. The pose is exact from the angle of the head, the tail position, and the position of the feet.

I’ve heard this argument before, but when something is easily and so quickly recognized from an artist, something’s off. When I was shown this last night, I immediately caught the DarkRika original in the diet copy.
