If you have to look off someone else’s existing drawing in order to draw it, no– you didn’t draw it by yourself and just because you have your signature on it doesn’t mean it’s yours to keep legally. 

I have also noticed that this particular Kamirah drawing gets copied and claimed by a child at least twice a week. 

Not only is this art theft, but it also falls under the stolen character category. At first I thought it was a coincidence that it resembles Tanidareal’s little character Schnolf, but its design is a direct match. A lot of art this person has posted on their instagram and deviantART also looks copied off of Tanidareal’s art as well. 

Never heard of anyone recoloring a plush like this before. I’ve seen people actually dye their lion king plushes and for it to turn out pretty good varying from person to person, but this is ridiculous.

So, not only do pony x Thomas and friends trains fly on a rainbow out of this kid’s butt, but so do Cracked Disney ships.

Sounds appropriate pricing for these. And it looks like they tried to color them in instead of trying to fillbucketing them in.  This kid should keep practicing their coloring, they might get somewhere.
