I found the video and screenshot the descrip. Seems European parliament is onto Youtubers in their country being fanbrats. This sounds farfetched to me.
Fans should be free to make video edits and AMVs. But if they’re just recoloring or reposting fanart, I say nah.

We’re only upset with them if A) they reposted fan art without credit and/or permission B) Recolored that fanart really fucking poorly or at all without credit and/or permission C) made something cringy that’s against the site’s rules(For example: Queen Callista’s “Ghost Nala”) or D) stole fan characters in attempts to pass them off as canon or their OC donut steel. Since they can’t seem to grasp that, that’s why I say youtube recolor culture are full of numb idiots without two brain cells to rub against to form a thought.
