This one was apparently told not to post this before and they removed it. Seems like they reposted it again. The original is by Kris9tena and they removed the artist’s signature by cropping it out. Typical art theft move. 

Are people not capable of understanding what redraw means these days? 

The whole point of Draw This In Your Own Style is in the title. You draw an image as you normally would draw. Not to trace the original. 

I guess tracing is their style. 

So this person decided to straight up recolor NamyGaga’s art.

They also straight up traced Panther85′s art and claimed originul the art donut steel. 

Kaionthelion thinks that fanart is a base. They’ll block anyone who tells them otherwise, even politely. It wouldn’t surprise me if they’re an entitled Instagram kid.

I saw the comparison pic and it’s pretty much the same sonic OC but blue instead of yellow, the same hair highlights, bandaged leg, and a different patterned scarf. She’s no more originul when creating Sanic characters than she is creating TLK or pony OCs. This time around, she didn’t call it Dark Sonic. For once. It is a clear trace from the movies. I know that site allows it but its pretty shitty to claim you drew it.

Not only is it shitty, but it defeats the purpose of having seperate folders for edits and original art.

On youtube, I called them out on their theft and they responded “But my friend did this!” 

I haven’t heard back from them after I replied with, “But on dA you claimed you did all this. So… which is it?”
