I’m not even hiding their username. This is beyond lazy and ignorant. If mobile is that bad for you, then fucking comment and highlight that comment! It’s not that hard! But this is just excuse after excuse to get out of crediting artists and it’s disgusting!
This is it. This is THE bottom of the line, Grade A, Prime example of Instagram recolor culture. This is exactly how they all think, act, and believe. “But I found it on the googles! I edited it, there for it’s mine!”
So… if you mimicked the pose, why does it match up line for line to Natsuaki’s work? Even if you credit (which they didn’t), using an artist’s work without permission is still theft.
Been a while since I’ve highlighted a Facebook page. But holy crap, the amount of art theft and entitlement on this one account is mindboggling. They’ve stolen from everyone in the fandom. From Kara-Kiwi to @xxtc-96xx and everyone in between!
I feel like this is satirical at our expense. People who actually work HARD on their craft.
This person was very polite and apologized for recoloring these fanart pics. But then I come to find out that they’d rather throw a tantrum and leave than comply with my request to replace the images with more apropriate bases. I guess the thought of finding bases and fill bucketing them and editing the deviation was too much work.
I get it. Depression is a real kick in the nards. But using it to manipulate others to get pity, do whatever you want, or holding them accountable for making you feel bad after trying to tell you that what you’re doing is wrong is a real shit move.
“I TOTES DR00 DIS! I NO TRACE! I DEMAND MONIES! GIMME UR MONIES!!!”
Overlays tell no lies man. They fucking traced obvious screenshots when you type in Kion and Rani in Google and demand outrageous prices for traced content. This is theft plain and simple.
Oof, I was unaware of this lunatic heretic in our fandom back in 2016. They were dictating how Vitani’s eye colors should be (Nala’s eye color argument all over again) and reuploading people’s art because they offended her. What really gets me is that they were butthurt over how Grincha didn’t use proper pronouns for a fictional character that they were entitled to reupload it with a proper pronoun title. JFC….
How does one get their skill magically back when they spent years tormenting content creators by recoloring their works and then claiming it’s for visual aid for her stories when asked to credit the original artists?
