Such photoshop much art theft
Not quite. See there’s this thing going around where you are suppose to color over a screenshot and give it your own flair. This artist took two screenshots and one clipart and added their own flair to it. Thus it’s more art than art theft. So in reality it’s a form of art and an exercise. Not theft. Were it over someone’s original content, then it’d be theft.
