For the record I both referenced and traced this picture of Scar too many times to count. It’s a really fun pose. This book - though this isn’t my copy - means a lot. It’s the first time I clearly remember referencing not tracing. (I’m going in page order here.)
I think this book is still in production. I never picked up a copy because there was no new illustrations available.
I put this together as best I could. This book has a couple two page spreads in it. (“Lion” mascot is what my last one should have said. Was 5th grade so..)
I thought so. And hey, no worries!
Okay so I figured I’d start with the cover. In 1996 the school I went to had a blown-up version of this pose on the wall due the line mascot.
That’s pretty cool. Must have been a middle school I wager?
Potential new content I found at my local comic book shop ~ one is a comic that retells the first movie with new original art work ~ will send pics if you want ~
Ahh yes, the Marvel adaptation. I’ve seen and read it online. But the figurines are certainly new!
Also got these recently. With the toy set seems they only changed the box art, but least we got a cool looking Scar on the side now lol also mini cell of the presentation scene ~
So the only change is the box? No additional figures?
I don’t remember buying this but apparently I did rofl
Maybe it was a gift and that’s why you don’t remember getting it?Thanks for sharing all of these!
Seems like a retelling of Can’t Wait To Be Queen from a magazine I picked up ~ also some cute misc things here ~
That’s an… interesting retelling.
this is the action figure thing i was talking about. he works as a maraca if you shake him from side to side idk hes kinda stupid
Haha that’s a silly one! I’ve never seen it before!
At that price it’d better be silk!
