I don’t remember her being a better person.
She’s still the same as she’s ever been(Don’t believe me, look up her many Google+ accounts). She’s just stroking her ego here.
I did some comparison between the two and OHMFG she did go full circle. I took the colors from both characters and put them side by side to see the difference and it’s 1-10% between the HSV sliders. The top colors are Sarfi’s, the bottom colors belong to Basa.

I found the comment thread where she claimed it was her so-called dog named Bali. She never had the name Bali till TC renamed her recolor sue. Her original name was Lisa which would’ve never fit in with the TLK universe.
After being confronted about it, Lisaniper–I mean Sarfi claimed that her 101 Dalmatians character was created after her dog who apparently held the same name of Bali even tho it was completely ripped off of Dodger from Oliver and Company but on a Tramp traced base. Bali wasn’t even the cub’s name till TC renamed it herself because its original name was Lisa. This was before she dumped the recolor sue. A name like Lisa doesn’t fit in well with the TLK universe. You can see traces of the cub being named Lisa on her Youtube account with those bad edits.
