Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn’t fan art for another artist be drawn from the heart? And not fillbucketed in bases? 

Nothing says lazy art like a screenshot and a lens flare! 

Nothing says “I’m a lazy fuck who doesn’t have the time to pick up a pencil to draw!” like editing screenshots. 

If my memory serves correctly, all these poses are from german/polish comic books. 

Someone finally dun did it. They made a “How to trace screenshots!” tutorial. I strongly advice not doing this as there is more reward to drawing no matter how bad your art is. People will still love it. Basing is just the wrong way to become popular. You don’t earn anything from tracing, experience wise. 

Apparently a Naruto ‘fan comic’ used with entirely nothing but bases. I am conused, is that hair or markings on that lion in the last panel?
