Is it just me, or does The Lion Guard carry a lot of the failures that M Night Shamalyn's movie version of A:TLA had? Terribly written characters, many of which are from the original movie/show all butchered beyond recognition, terrible stilted dialogue, children (Kiara in this case) acting like adults, originally brilliant scenes mutilated and formed into Eldritch ambominatons and of course a complete lack of understanding as to what made the original works of art so great
