If the character is under the same universe and is published(whether under the company or company’s permission), that automatically makes the character a legit semi canon. This includes designs seen in magazines and books. Characters such as Swifty/Plusvite/Faster, Tanglemane, Malka(and the other cubs), and Ahadi are also considered semi canon.

All I see is a pathetic example of trying to prove something. There seems to be a lot of that in the fanbase. This is the same turd that thinks the entire fanbase believes Kopa is canon. He’s sub canon, falling under the same category as Tojo, Tama, Malka and the rest.
For the record, if yer going out to prove a point, don’t trace OVER your proof, it makes you look ridiculously pathetic trying to prove that point.
