I was listening to “Grandma’s Lullaby” from The Land Before Time and all it made me think was Sarabi singing to Simba ~ 

I love this idea <3 And if I recall, their version of the Circle of Life is the same basic idea. 

I believe the person who was talking about my most recent art is this one. I’d like to clear I didn’t use Firehart’s art and as you can maybe see they’re rather different. I used inpso from Scar during Scar’s Cave in the first movie but that’s about it. Just little coincidence!

Tho to person who noticed the similarities, please note me or comment if you think I ever ref without telling so! I appreciate being reminded because I often forget to put my ref pictures in the description. I feel really bad when I unintentionally take credit for ideas, expression, etc and love being called on it!

I think it’s likely a coincidence myself. She may be worried about the angle or the different colored cheek fur. It’s nice to know you’re willing to listen to advice and help, though.

Wanted to show a redrawn image of The Lion Guard I did! The cub with the mark is my redesigned version of Kion :)

Oh, nice! He’s not as eye-searing yellow in the show. A nice change. 

May I post a character I asked you about before?
I went with the 1st colour scheme and orange eyes, now on a finished personalized design. That purple-ish hue is not my fav, but I think it works well on her.

I like it on her :D

That’s actually not bad for your third try. Head’s a bit smaller compared to the rest of his body but otherwise nice job :)
