The artist on youtube Eduardo Quintana did a marvelous job with this fan video. The program he used you may be wondering is Toon Boom Harmony. Pretty damn impressive.

Is taking fan art from deviantART and posting it onto their facebook page without permission. They claimed they were going to stop but then here they are still doing it.

Here we go with more “Fan art is art theft” argument.

Let me reiterate myself. Companies like Disney enjoy fan art for their works. They think of it as free advertisement. If you want to complain to artists for taking commissions on pre existing ideas, then why not bitch and complain at the Transformers artists for IDW and Hub network? They happily take commissions because Hub and Hasbro has no qualm with it. If you think that fan art isn’t real art, you need your head reexamined because there have been plenty of people who get hired working on projects because of their fan works and how they caught the employer’s attention. How many times must I pound this into your thick skulls?

You know, this

Who the fuck is accepting acid laced kool-aid lions into UnitedPrides? I seem to recall the rules being strict on normal colored lions only.

And while we’re on the subject of acid laced kool-aid lions, this is all recolored fan art for fuck’s sake. These little kids are going to find themselves into a whole mess of trouble with the group owner.

Images recolored are originally form Nadra/HydraCarina, Anniehyena, and Catgirl08.

Having played Tokyo Jungle for the past few weeks, I can honestly compare Fan Artists and Tracers/recolorists/common redraw art theft copies to that moment when you’re playing as a carnivore(the art thieves) and the herbivores(the fan artists) scatter when they see you coming.
