It’s not a redraw if you traced it or altered it. I can’t believe this is becoming a trending problem in this fandom. People be lying about that redraw for clout.
All they had to do was change two poses on an adoptable sheet. Simple, right?
WRONG!
We don’t own poses, remember? So all our hard work, even our own original work, we don’t own copyright /s

Winchester006 is being the biggest turd right now. They’re going around attacking people who called them out on their art theft and claiming that if it’s MSPaint friendly and downloadable, it’s somehow our fault for making it stealable for them. And even have the balls to preach about how we should do our business with our customers.
There’s no way in god’s green earth this is a kid with that amount of acidic toxicity seeping from their orifices.
This is an r/entitledkids story in the making.
So Winchester here, swore up and down that if Rethza didn’t want their works reposted or recolored, that they would take it down. Rethza reports it and has it forcibly removed. And now they’re throwing a tantrum up and down deviantART because they can’t get what they want.
What a fucking cunt this one is.
He’s too lazy to credit the artist and look up proper fair use traced bases. But he puts the effort to block people for even politely telling him that fan art isn’t a base.
I guess this one doesn’t seem to understand the part about my having said WhiteDansha DID NOT want their works used without their permission. The image in question they also copied off of was also a commission for someone else. And they have the balls to claim “Based on WhiteDansha” as their credit.
I’m being told that Ricky did a purge of the Lady Guard server.
So, I guess that’s it? It’s been canceled?
And another one gone, and another one gone. Another one bites the dust.
This TikTok user, from what I am being told, is refusing to credit the artist he stole from for his videos. And there’s quite a few.
One of those massive poster editors. They ask for permission, and don’t wait for a response half the time. The rest, they take as they please.
Oh, sure, they give credit. But without consent of the artist.
Treats artists and Google like a free resource fairy.
There’s too many artists to list that they’ve stolen from. We’re talking six million arts ripped from artists.
