He actually admits who he is. And what’s funny, is his sock puppet account got into a fight with his main account yesterday. He pisses and moans about us reporting him, but he’s 12-years-old and a fucking idiot on top of that. And people wonder why kids under the age of 13 aren’t allowed on certain sites. 

Bronies ain’t making a good strong case for their fanbase if I keep waking up to notes about them defacing pretty artwork like this. 

Sanaa is no stranger to stealing and recoloring nor does she seem to care about the original artist’s hard work. 

Yeah, I feel like this kid should be exposed for her scummy move(sorry but holding fanart hostage is the ultimate scummy move, no hidden names for her). The last two days we’ve been back and forth at this and they sent me this, this morning, practically holding Dukacia’s fanart hostage. She denies it being her alt account, but it’s the same exact coloring and signature style.

Once again Lisa posted TC recolors on her artstation thinking she wouldn’t notice. And once more, she bawwlocked those who called her out on it. Since she’s aware TC knows of her account and has been reporting her now, we’re predicting she either posts another trace, hides on a new account or deletes this one once things die down. She reads like a road map. 

Art Thief / Base Maker by qatsby

A huge warning about an art thief on Instagram. They’ve apparently made their account private, so I can’t see whether they bootlegged my art or not. 

Have I mentioned before I hate the brony fandom? 

There’s rampant art theft in that fandom then they migrate fandoms and bring it over to our home. Nah-uh. Not gonna have that. 

So I happen to be subscribed to this channel and was really psyched to see this video. All lion king themed and all as I was wondering how deep they might delve into the obscure semi-canon facts of the fandom And then…

At the 6:28 marker it all fell apart. I am all for fair use but when it comes to fanart being used versus a plethora of available Disney screencaps this annoyed the piss out of me. They used Mafumathelion’s piece that I can only find the pinterest link to here:

Now I know this blog has posted some videos about children who make mashups and fan edits on youtube but I would like to just say something that’s pertinent to this channel and one of the main reasons why I posted this. They are currently being sued in the 9th circuit court of appeals for using someone else’s picture’s without permission and said person is making them at risk of losing their channel. (The owner has a video on the channel and google is wonderful) However, they also make money lots of money, selling merchandise and from ad revenue. Obviously they could claim fair use with this and I’d concur with the screencaps but to know they made me watch an ad, know they’re looking to raise (and are receiving donations of a $30k goal to pay for their lawyer fees) money for their court appeals, all because they decided to take the first google image they found and used it in their video greatly disturbs me.

This is probably very long and most people won’t read but what I am trying to convey is left unchecked this is what those baby manips and other video editors/roleplayers will do with other artists’ works. I don’t know if the artists can do anything about it but I thought I could at least sound a small alarm and raise awareness to this.

A brony on dA by the name of Shadeila has just recently surfaced as being a frankentracer and heavy copycat that likes to target MalisTLK and @kitchikishangout . She had the balls to claim that she had never seen MalisTLK’s art in the first image comparison. And went on to editing her art saying she did not steal, when there’s evidence that she clearly did. There’s still  more art that looks copied or traced from other fan artists in her gallery.
