Reposting without permission and improper crediting is a dick move. This is also exactly why that image is super smol and has a watermark on it.

It’s not Lion King related, but I want to ask you to share this page. I encourage people to “spam” (because common sense reasoning is spam, right?) this page untill this brat finally learns. They were posting pics from Spirit roleplayers and some of them are stolen characters and art. When they were confronted to take down the stolen images, they went on bawwlock spree and made the shittiest excuses to never remove any of these images. https://www.facebook.com/CimarronHorses/timeline

Wahh new update left me confuzzled with what buttons to click.. Not cool Tumblr, not cool!

Anywhore. Kinda funny how this child is going on the defensive. When in reality, they’re only half right. The problem starts with uneducated children on what Google really is. Many of them think it’s a free resource fairy that brings you everything your heart desires.

Another fault is that there are websites that only half block our submissions from Google *CoughdeviantARThack*. But right back to uneducated children.

If everyone clicked the visit page button instead of the view image button, people will see that artists have requests involving artwork. That they trust people well enough to share their talent with the world. It’s not our fault that our art gets stolen. It’s theirs for not doing further research instead of being lazy and needing something fast because they couldn’t be assed to color in a coloring book page.

I vote middle schools start teaching about websites and what they do for you and how to treat imagery you find online. A course on Google would be grand. If more schools taught this, the internet might be a better place.

The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar (2015)
Set in the African Savanna, the film follows Kion as he assembles the members of the ‘Lion Guard’. Throughout the film, the diverse team of young animals will learn how to utilize each of their unique abilities to solve problems and accomplish tasks to maintain balance within the Circle of Life, while also introducing viewers to the vast array of animals that populate the prodigious African landscape.

Art theft from X-zelfa

Just because it’s online doesn’t mean it’s free or fair use. Images seen on Google are susceptible to copyright, meaning you have to ASK to use. Otherwise you’re going to get an entire fandom upset.

Recolored artwork from @kohu-arts for @hermithyena

I suspect they’re a child because I tried politely asking them if they got permission from either to recolor their artwork/character only to get my comment hidden.

I’m likely going to retire my deviantART avatar seeing as too many children see it and automatically assume that I’m a tr0ll when it’s an inside joke.

So this person traces and recolors SilverBreeze’s frankentraced images and claims Original fan art donut steel. Person B approaches them and politely tells them that SilverBreeze doesn’t allow people to recolor non base images. Person A tells person B that they’d take care of the situation and just up and blocks Person B. Then Person A claims that they’ll only block people if they feel harassed. Yea, okay, so I guess politely asking them to remove artwork they clearly took from another person without permission constitutes as threat of harassment.

I can understand this fandom can implode on itself but only if you dun fucked up, and honey, blocking someone over cannibal recoloring, you dun fucked up.

All posters are ‘free’ But then why does it cost 14.99$?

And all respect to the copyright holder? BAH! What utter nonsense this one is spewing. They’re practically using everything found on Google like it was a free stock website and making money off artist’s work without their permission. That image there of Kiara making fun of Kopa was done by Kari/Dukacia.

Decided to try and see just what I could find for art theft and stuff like that on that roleplay site, and I already found some recolored art. The art thief even watermarked the stolen piece like it was theirs, hence the red mark I put on it to cover...

Decided to try and see just what I could find for art theft and stuff like that on that roleplay site, and I already found some recolored art. The art thief even watermarked the stolen piece like it was theirs, hence the red mark I put on it to cover up the thief’s username. The original is by DemiDee96 on over on dA.

What am I even looking at? Transformer lions???

Recently an anonymous source has alerted me to this website where in is a nest hell hole for art thieves who pass our art around like bubblegum trading cards. Pretty much everyone you can think of has been stolen from on this website for really shitty characters. Including myself and I ask that if you find my art or my characters on here to notify me please. I do not allow the use of commissioned character art pieces nor my own works to be used publicly like this. This is a serious breach in security.
