Fuck yea terrible Lion King fandom
It seems to me that artwork is being stolen, not for family trees, but for grid adopts.
Is it that fucking hard to edit traced bases or ask for permission and wait for the answer???

Discovered this obvious trace while lurking in the lion king tag on dA. For fucks sake, it’s like people don’t even try these days to cover up that they traced someone else’s work, in this case being Kamirah.

More so copied then traced(Tracing implies that they drew over the lines), but definitely replicated without permission.

I’m going to say this with all the love in my heart: Bronies are about as dumb as a sack of turds baking in the heat and as bad as a swarm of ravenous insects in a healthy vegetable field to fandoms. If they’re not making bad pony crossovers or PIRLs and recoloring everything that casts a pony shaped shadow, they’re taking your fan art without permission and making tasteless desktop wallpaper with credit in hopes the fan art Gods will be pleased with their mind numbing creativity

Not all bronies are cancerous like this, however. In fact only a very slim percent of the fandom actually carries a brain in their hip pocket and are kind generous fans. But this fandom has gone to hell in less than two years time. And I’m frankly fed up with its noise.

Another facebook group reposting artwork without permission.

This twat thinks that just because the characters pictured were recolored that means he can keep the image. Honey that’s not how editing works. Especially on fan art made by someone who holds copyright on their art.

“Well forgive me for not leaping for joy. Bad back you know …”

Fairly sure that’s where this particular pose is from. Either that or when he’s cowering before Simba thinking he’s Mufasa.
