She left credit but like I highly doubt she asked the artist to use it :l
Youtube kids seem to think dA is a free resource website too.

This is why I repetitiously look into the #Simba tag every day. Because way back then, you would find at most 10 traces, copies, or ‘redraws’ of Kamirah’s Simba pic, this one in particular. Now because of that behavior, Kamirah has removed this pic from her deviantART. This is why I’m anti-tracing/recoloring/copying. It kills the drive for artists.
Here’s some more recolor culture to laugh at purely to spite the naysayers arguing against us

Holy shit–
I dunno whether to laugh at the editing, or cry at the recolors.
It’s not enough fanbrats have to trace Lion King fanart. Now they’re tracing 3D art without permission or even giving the 3D renderers credit. It just has to be a lion or wuff or yeen and they’ll rip your art to shreds without so much as a thank you kiss my ass.
Unfortunately the first image is bugging me and I can’t find the screenshot source for it. But the second one is clearly traced off of a screenshot.
If anyone recognizes the first one, please share!

Websites like Bonanza.com that make bootlegging art theft easier make me hate humanity more. Today’s black market get rich quick schemes come easier and easier with the internet.
