The thing with Rhoadie is that she is super manipulative, crying "but we're friends!" right after she says something stupid or offensive and the other person won't stand for it. She also pressures you into things, like changing your own canons or telling you what you should do with your character, operating with "but I like it!" or "but I don't want this to go to waste". Not to mention fetishizing incest and rape. I think that's enough to start avoiding her.

Neutral anon one last time. So arguments happen that she feels hurt... And that gets her on your Artist Beware list..? Guess I'm not quite grasping this one, Im sorry

Anonymous
To put it bluntly, people don’t like being played the tom fool for something they didn’t do.
Coming to you as a neutral person, what happened that made you turn away from Rhoadie? I saw she apologized for what happened earlier this year and it seemed like everyone here was ok with her, and now we aren't? Was it her journal that made you change your mind? I'm just curious what the run down is

She apparently will still play the victim card according to others encounters with her. While I am glad she apologized for snapping at me like she did, she still has to work some of her issues out.
What do you think of TLG/TLK-sonas that aren't lions? I love lionsonas, but there's something interesting about seeing other animals as TLG/TLK-sonas

Anonymous
I like seeing other non lion animal fursonas. Lions are great don’t get me wrong but there are more animals in the savannah besides lions.
Wanna peace anon, my god. You... Definitely should make an beware list? I mean... Argh. Read up some tags and holy shit. Better cut the roots before it has a chance to grow and everyone should know which ones.

I should consider keeping a list of people in the fandom to avoid.
For people to avoid anon: Keznen; 3 person account with Tass the main offender, but just block the whole of them. They will start drama over something literally not about them, then make call out journals about you should you block them for the drama they started. Takura/Nawaji-Wolf/whatever is to be avoided too. Posts hate speech often, and will not stop fighting and baiting other users. Just check out her tag on here and avoid her like the plague.

Thanks for helping anon out guys!
Do you have a comprehensive list of people to avoid? Just made account on several places but I'm struggling with life and I really don't feel like having toxic/moronic/drama whores/spoiled kids/man-child and alike around me. I just want to draw and make some money at peace. (it's ko-fi btw, very useful thing indeed)

Hmm… on the off hand no. Not a comprehensive list. But I strongly suggest avoiding Rhodie and Rinjapine off the top of my memory. (Also thanks! I couldn’t remember what it was called)
WritScrib is basically advertising itself as a "Tumblr alternative" blogging site that "pays" creative artists, (I use that term loosely, they have something they call a "chip" system in place.) A lot of people are supporting it now because the owners claim they'll have real moderation unlike this Hellsite. They've a tumblr and frequently answer questions about what they have planned, in case you're interested.

Sounds phishy to me. If I wanted to get paid for something I’d use Cofefe/Coffee (I think that’s it), or patreon.
Hey, idk I this has been asked before but, what are your inspirations? Artists, styles, real life stuff and so on? What inspires you the most? What you do when art block strikes? (sorry for asking so much if it makes you uncomfortable)

Since xKit seems to be back from Vacation I will answer this now curious anon.
Balaa on dA is number 1 on my list of inspiration. Followed by Glen Keane, DJ88, NadiaVanderdonk, and Hdyracarina.
Others that inspire me include @elioli-art, @eworthylake, @littledigits, @chrisbattleart, @puba24, @rebeccasugar, @crispyfishsticks, @kitchikishangout, @ammako-chan, @xxtc-96xx, @butchhartman, @daemonysh, @fnook
I’m sure I’m missing some of my inspirations. But that’s the list of folks I follow who inspire me. Give them a follow, you won’t be sorry.
Update: Sorry I forgot to finish answering this.
When I have art block I write. When I have writer’s block, I find inspirational music. I listen to mostly Harry Potter, HTTYD, POTC, LOTR, basically what ever the mood calls for. Music is key.
I often will create a new character to mull over during art block. It seems to work for me.
I understand the posts about "don't bash others art" because a lot of people who don't trace who do everything themselves still get bashed for their art 'not being correct' and fine you can criticize the art nicely BUT only if they ask for it and a lot of people don't ask before they start talking and it can really hurt a new artist who hasn't asked for anything like that and just wants to show their artwork.

If it’s on a public site they’re going to get traffic to their art. Especially if they post for fandoms you’re in. Criticism is as free as looking at the art that just uploaded. The way I see it if they don’t specifically designate they don’t want criticism they’re going to get it.
